I’ve still got some fiction to pack up and move downstairs and some new furniture to find, but my home office is just about back in working condition again.<\/p>\n

Still plenty to be done as the basement still needs extensive work and the walkway from our in-law apartment to the driveway still needs to be finished.<\/p>\n

I expect to get the basement work area straightened out within the next few weeks and be prepared to do some more embedded oriented sandbox work soon.<\/p>\n

Still looking at AVR controllers and ARM based controllers for the ‘quick twitch’ stuff. Raspberry pi boards will almost certainly handle the slower but more complex business logic end of things.<\/p>\n

Amazon now seems to stock a surprising variety of rather affordable embedded processor break-out cards and other related items. Should be interesting to get some of this sort of things rolling.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
